 Refund & Coupon Policy

We do not offer product returns or refunds except in the case of verified production defects in paid products. Complimentary (free) items are not eligible for any kind of refund or compensation.

1. No Return Policy

  • All sales are final and non-returnable.
  • Returns or refunds are only issued for products with genuine manufacturing or production defects.
  • Issues caused by shipping, handling, or customer misuse are not eligible.
  • Free or complimentary items are not covered under any refund, coupon, or replacement policy.


2. Complaint Process

  • Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the defect must be provided.
  • Upon verification, a lifetime coupon worth 30% of the order value will be issued to your account.


3. Coupon Terms

  • Coupons are credited to your Stationery Vault customer account.
  • Valid for lifetime.
  • Can be used on any future order.
  • One-time use only. Not applicable to shipping or COD charges.


4. Returns & Coupon Refunds

  • We do not accept returns.
  • If an item is damaged or incorrect:
    • Report within 3 days with photo/video proof.
    • We’ll credit 30% of the order value as a lifetime coupon to your Stationery Vault account.


5. Online Payment Failures

  • In case of a failed transaction, online payment will auto-refund the amount within 5–7 working days.


6. Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders can only be cancelled if not yet dispatched.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via [contact details].
  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within [7-14] days after receiving returned items.
