2. Payments

  • We accept prepaid payments via online Payment Gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with higher delivery and handling charges.
  • All prices are in INR.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and visuals are property of Stationery Vault.

4. Legal Status

  • We operate as a  Proprietorship Business
  • Products are not manufactured by us, but sold with full online resale rights.

5. Jurisdiction

  • Subject to Indian law.
  • Disputes will be handled in courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

6. General

  • These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.
  • By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.



 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

2. Delivery Time

  • Typical delivery takes 4–10 days, depending on your region.

3. Charges

  • Free shipping on orders ₹499 and above.
  • Delivery & handling charges (especially for COD) will be added based on the order and notified at checkout.

4. Packaging

  • We use durable, moisture-resistant packaging to protect your stationery.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery within 4–10 days based on location.
  • Delivery & handling charges for other orders will be updated soon.

6. Tracking & Support

  • Customers receive tracking links via SMS, email, or app notification.
  • If a parcel is delayed beyond 15 days, please reach out.

  Refund & Coupon Policy

We do not offer product returns or refunds except in the case of verified production defects in paid products. Complimentary (free) items are not eligible for any kind of refund or compensation.


1. No Return Policy

  • All sales are final and non-returnable.
  • Returns or refunds are only issued for products with genuine manufacturing or production defects.
  • Issues caused by shipping, handling, or customer misuse are not eligible.
  • Free or complimentary items are not covered under any refund, coupon, or replacement policy.


2. Complaint Process

  • Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the defect must be provided.
  • Upon verification, a lifetime coupon worth 30% of the order value will be issued to your account.


3. Coupon Terms

  • Coupons are credited to your Stationery Vault customer account.
  • Valid for lifetime.
  • Can be used on any future order.
  • One-time use only. Not applicable to shipping or COD charges.


4. Returns & Coupon Refunds

  • We do not accept returns.
  • If an item is damaged or incorrect:
    • Report within 3 days with photo/video proof.
    • We’ll credit 30% of the order value as a lifetime coupon to your Stationery Vault account.


5. Online Payment Failures

  • In case of a failed transaction, online payment will auto-refund the amount within 5–7 working days.


6. Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders can only be cancelled if not yet dispatched.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via [contact details].
  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within [7-14] days after receiving returned items.
